Our Story

Evan spent his early career in K-12 education - in schools and districts - before transitioning to work with major retailers. He saw the potential for emerging technologies to give associates in customer-facing roles coaching and development that was never possible before. He went in search of a partner who was as passionate about people and growth as he was and had the technical skills to bring it to life.


Ahad has multi-decade experience from engineering roles at startups and large technology companies. His technical background spans all levels of the technology stack, including distributed systems, browser engines, mobile platforms, big-data infrastructure, audio signal processing, and applied AI research. Most importantly, he knows that a culture built around people, growth and empowerment inspires teams to achieve more than what they thought possible.


Ahad and Evan met and Ethosphere was born. With a mission to give associates and managers in retail superpowers through personalized feedback, they are focused on building technology that uplifts, empowers, celebrates, and develops the tens of millions of frontline customer service workers who seek recognition and growth every day.
